PROCESSING

Our processing time (before shipping) is currently 3-5 business days. If your item is finished before that time we will get it out as soon as possible. If you have a quick deadline, please message us prior to ordering!

SHIPPING

• We ship using USPS Ground Advantage or Priority shipping options (depending on which option you choose at checkout). Delivery speeds can be found here. A Lady & A Lumberjack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• FREE SHIPPING: We offer free Ground Advantage shipping on orders $50+, no code needed. 
• LOCAL PICK UP: Free pick up is available in the Phoenix, AZ area. Please use code LOCAL at checkout and then email us at aladyandalumberjack@gmail.com to arrange a pick up time at our location or at an upcoming market.

CANCELLATION + RETURN POLICIES

Cancelations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering. Please email us at aladyandalumberjack@gmail.com. 

All sales after 24 hours are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please let us know if there is an issue with your order. 

Please note many of our materials are natural so variations are to be expected. Each piece is handmade so no two items are exactly alike, but all equally beautiful.
