JEWERLY CARE

We recommend storing your jewelry by hanging or keeping in an enclosed area when not wearing it. 

To help keep your earrings in tip-top shape, avoid applying perfumes, hair products, lotions etc. while you are wearing them.

Leather is a natural element so it will wear in beautifully over time. If the leather gets bent at all, you can use your fingers to massage it back into shape, or use a slightly warm iron to smooth it out (covering the earring with a cloth or towel and avoiding the hook).

A Lady & A Lumberjack is not responsible for items lost in transit or missing items marked as delivered. We will not refund or replace those items. If your package shows as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors to see if they may have picked it up. If not, you'll need to contact your post office. They can provide GPS coordinates to where the delivery occurred and/or assist you in retrieving that package. Otherwise, we suggest filing a police report for stolen items.

Personalized gifts are the BEST, but nothing is worse than giving a gift with a name spelled wrong or an incorrect anniversary date (oops!). To ensure this doesn't happen, please double check your personalization request prior to submitting your order. We copy/paste what you submit exactly, so we are not responsible for any misspellings/errors.
